These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Terdersoft B.V., the entity that operates Lira Spin Casino under Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA) licence number OGL/2024/1126/0521. This agreement governs account registration and use, deposits and withdrawals, bonuses and promotions, responsible gambling tools, and dispute resolution. Account registration and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use the service. You may not register or play if you are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law, or in any territory we have restricted from access. Only one account per person is permitted; duplicate accounts may be closed and any associated balances forfeited. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and update it promptly if it changes. We require identity verification (KYC) to be completed before any withdrawal is processed, and we reserve the right to request supporting documentation at any point. We reserve the right to refuse registration or close any account that breaches these terms, without prior notice where the breach is material.

Deposits and withdrawals

We accept deposits and withdrawals via Visa and Mastercard, the e-wallets Skrill and Neteller, Apple Pay, Google Pay, paysafecard, bank transfer, and cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, and Ripple (XRP). The minimum deposit is country-dependent and starts from €2 via card, with a typical minimum of approximately €20 across most methods; cryptocurrency minimums are shown on the deposit page at the time of transaction. The minimum withdrawal across all methods is €50. We process withdrawal requests within up to 72 hours on our side, after which the payment method’s own delivery timeline applies: e-wallets and cryptocurrency are typically faster on release, while card withdrawals may take up to a further five business days through the issuing bank. Withdrawal limits are €2,500 per day, €7,500 per week, and €15,000 per month; wins exceeding these thresholds may be paid in monthly instalments. KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is released, and withdrawals are returned to the original deposit method where operationally possible. We do not charge fees on standard transactions, though intermediary bank charges may apply to bank transfers and are capped at approximately €16; a recovery fee applies to cryptocurrency sent to an incorrect network where the value exceeds €5,000.

Bonuses and promotions

Each promotion carries its own specific terms, published on the relevant promotion page, but the following standard rules apply across all casino bonuses. Wagering requirements are set at 40 times the bonus amount unless the specific promotion states otherwise, and bonuses are sticky, meaning the original bonus amount is not withdrawable and is removed when a cashout is made. The maximum permitted bet while a bonus is active is €5 (or the currency equivalent of 10 CAD, 10 AUD, or 5 CHF); bets above this limit during an active bonus may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided. Bonus winnings are capped at ten times the bonus amount, and winnings from sign-up free spins are capped at €50. Game contributions towards wagering requirements are: slots 100%, buy-feature rounds 50%, live roulette and live blackjack 10%, instant win games 5%, and table games, scratch cards, live casino titles (other than those listed), and jackpot games 0%. Only one bonus may be active at a time, and depositing with a promotional code while a standard welcome package is pending will void the standard offer. We reserve the right to revoke any bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close an account where we identify bonus abuse or advantage play.

We acknowledge complaints within 7 days of receipt and provide a final resolution within 30 days where the matter is within our control to resolve. If a dispute remains unresolved after exhausting our internal process, you may escalate the matter to the Curaçao Gaming Authority, which maintains a public licensee register and a dispute-resolution channel for players.

Changes to terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Where a change is material, we will notify you by email or by a notice posted on the site, and the updated terms will take effect on the date stated in that notice. Continued use of the service after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
